Limu Place Adult Residential Care Home

We oppose the proposed 5304 Limu Place Adult Residential Care home (ARCH Type II) (8 bed, fully staffed, without an on-site resident homeowner).

Chuck’s letter to the Henry Eng, Director of the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Planning and Permitting transmitting the June 5, 2008 Neighborhood Board #2 Resolution Opposing the 5304 Limu Place Adult Residential Care (ARCH II with eight beds, fully staffed, without an onsite resident homeowner). (Resolution ADOPTED 12-1)

Shimabukuro, and Vice-Chair Karl Rhodes, opposing conversion of single family homes in suburban residential neighborhoods (including `Aina Haina) into ARCH Type II, eight bed 24/7 fully staffed, and absentee ARCH II nonresident owners.
