I am so glad they are rethinking there plans for the Wailupe Stream. It is so beautiful and to think they would destroy the only remaining natural stream saddens me.
Stream control can be done with destroying the whole thing. Plant vegetation and reconfigure the stream. Pouring cement over the whole thing would have killed everything and made a really bad smell.
